3. Fax It In
Fax the application(s) to us at (559) 624-1427. Once we receive your application, we'll call you to discuss the details further and confirm your payment information.

1. Deposit
The standard deposit required for move-in is $500 for a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom. Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score. Additional Pet Deposit is $500 for the 1st Pet & $250 for the 2nd Pet. Breed Restrictions Apply.

2. Rents/Lease Terms
We offer flexible lease terms; 3 -13 month leases available. (Lease terms subject to change based on availability.)
3. 24 Hour Maintenance Service Guarantee
We offer a 24 hour Maintenance Service Guarantee pledge to all residents.

Pet Rent: $50 per month, per dog & $25 per month, per cat.
